I am strong, I see a mental health specialist and I am not ashamed!
Coaching sessions conducted as part of the social campaign "I am strong, I see a mental health specialist and I am not ashamed!" are dedicated to men over 35 who often hesitate to seek psychological help due to strong stereotypes related to masculinity and social expectations. Women’s Development Zone at DCZP
A developmental workshop for residents of the Social Welfare Home, consisting of a series of 10 meetings, during which we co-create a supportive circle of women: residents, caregivers, therapists, and psychologists. The idea of these meetings is to integrate the residents of the social welfare home with the external community, and to provide opportunities for development and psychoeducation in areas such as well-being, emotions, stress management, strengths, relationship building, femininity, self-care, being there for others, and group creation.
